The Stand Against Gun Violence
Mike is a former Military Intelligence officer in the U.S. Army Reserve for seven years, and is a veteran of Desert Storm (Task Force Freedom in Kuwait City) and the Kurdish Refugee Crisis of 1991.
He offers lessons from the military (a high-functioning gun culture) that should be applied to the U.S. civilian world (a dysfunctional gun culture).
He approaches the issue with a reasonableness and appreciation for pro-gun advocates and offers insights on needed reform in state/federal gun laws, military insights on civilian gun laws, and much more. He is also a member of the Veterans Advisory Council for Everytown for Gun Safety.
Mike blogs on leadership, innovation and personal effectiveness at www.michaeldiamond.com and lives in Wisconsin.
